5 Week Workshop
This 5 week workshop focuses on creating an intensive healing experience. This is designed for healthcare workers and healers in our Central Oregon. This workshop provides a weekly gathering. We will focus on healing trauma, anxiety, burnout and limiting beliefs. Since the beginning of the pandemic, people have been interested in learning how to heal themselves.
Day 1 – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
“I AM” We are in constant dialogue with ourselves. Whether we are conscious of it or not. Our internal dialogue contributes to our core beliefs and our emotional state. In this session, we will identify our internal dialogue. Then we learn how to consciously choose a new way of talking to ourselves. Finally, we will release old belief patterns that have been part of the blueprint of our lives. Learn techniques to reprogram the brain and speak to our higher selves. Achieve a new level of self-awareness and higher consciousness.
Day 2 – Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
We will focus on a technique that directly targets the beliefs and emotions stuck in the nervous system. Combining acupressure points and modern psychology, this technique allows your body to move through emotions to a relaxed and empowered state. This will be a powerful resource you can use for the rest of your life.
Day 3 – Group EMDR (G-TEP, or Group Traumatic Episode Protocol)
EMDR is a powerful, empirically-based trauma therapy intervention used to help people process trauma from their body, brain and nervous system. Day 3 and day 4 sessions will be dedicated to processing traumatic experiences, stored memories, limiting beliefs, and emotions that negatively impact you. We will install positive and rejuvenating mental and emotional resources to assist you in standing in your empowerment.
Day 4 – Group EMDR (G-TEP, or Group Traumatic Episode Protocol)
Continue processing traumatic experiences, emotions and limiting beliefs that impact your life.
Day 5 – HeartMath
HeartMath is a powerful technique to help reduce stress, gain clarity and insight from your internal wisdom. Create the reality you want to live. This session will teach you HeartMath techniques to enhance t your life.. This is another powerful skill that you can use for the rest of your life.
